Every Home Fields replica stadium is HAND MADE and guaranteed against manufacturer defects. If your stadium arrives with a manufacturing issue, contact us and we'll take care of you promptly.

Before You Consider a Return — PLEASE Do This First

We mean this genuinely: unbox your stadium, set it up, turn on the lights, and step back at least 3-5 feet.

The 3D lighting effect is designed to be viewed from a distance — up close it looks like a flat image, but from across a desk or shelf it comes to life. Most customers who initially think something is wrong fall in love with it once they see it from the right distance. It really is that cool.

If after doing that something still seems off, we're here to help.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

-Item must be in new, resellable condition

-Contact us first at Playball@HomeFields.com or text/call 770-667-3516 to receive a return authorization before shipping anything back

-Upon receipt and inspection we will issue a refund of the purchase price less original shipping costs

-We recommend returning items via a traceable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking)
