Before Requesting a Return

Before deciding to return your stadium, please fully unbox it, set it up, turn on the lights and view it from approximately 3–5 feet away. Then prepare to be WOWed by the illumination and layered 3D effects that bring the stadium to life.

If something still does not seem right, please contact us.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:

• The item is in new condition.
• You contact us before returning the item to receive return authorization.
• The item is shipped using a trackable method, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less the original shipping charges.
