Dad Loves It

My dad is a lifelong Dodger fan and it's always hard to find things to get him for Christmas. Last year my sisters and I decided to go with the Dodger Stadium replica and he loves it!

Total disappointment

Total disappointment, then the company website and email down 48 hours. No accountability.

Your charge of no accountability is very strange.
1. You ordered the products on Nov 16th and received on Nov 18th.
2. You tried to contact our company on Nov 23/24 which were the two days—the only time in our 21-year history--that our website was down. It was the fault of a marketing company that we hired and have since fired. It was a disaster.
3. On Wed morning the 25th, we responded immediately when we saw your email. We apologized and explained the horrible problem that we had. We said we are sorry that your grandchildren did not like the gifts, our products, that you gave them. We told you to please return the products for a full refund.
4. You said you could not because the products had been taken out of the country with your missionary child and your two grandchildren who were the gift recipients. We find it strange that your missionary child would pack and transport products out of the country that your grandchildren did not like.

I don’t EVER remember being this disappointed in a relatively high priced item before...The impression that is given is its round and 3D...Nope it’s flat...3 levels of Flat to give the impression of round! Never again fail

In the process of critiquing, you've given an excellent description of what 3D means: gives the impression of being round while being flat (it has layers). We explain in great detail exactly what our product is so that customers know what to expect. We want happy customers. There's lots of replicas that are round and can be used as potato chip bowls in the off season. Please contact our customer service so you can return the product.
